Every Sunday from 12 - 15 o'clock, classic brunch meets the variety of Hamburg with our Nordic Brunch at the BRICKS Bar. In addition to classic breakfast dishes, new specials await you every month: inspired by a Hamburg district that changes regularly. Sometimes it’s Schanze, sometimes Ottensen, sometimes St. Pauli. Each district has its own character, and that is reflected in our monthly dishes.
If you’re in the mood for more, you can complement the brunch with our cocktail pairing. A suitable drink, tailored to the respective district, completes the experience and brings the Hamburg vibe into the glass.
